By enrolling and providing your mobile phone number through the HR onboarding process or employee handbook acknowledgment, you consent to receive text message alerts from Century Solutions Group, including but not limited to:
- IT helpdesk and ticket alerts
- Cybersecurity incident notifications
- Weather and facility emergency alerts
- Operational and office closure notices
Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out of SMS notifications at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
To opt back in, reply START to the number from which you received messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
Users of Century Solutions Group services agree not to:
